When you place an order, we need to know your email address, delivery and billing address, company name if you are a business, and telephone number which helps us contact you regarding your order. When placing an order, with or without an account, when you are viewing account information or order history, or when paying by credit card and entering your card details, you are in a secure area of the site using 128-bit encryption. Your credit card details are held and processed securely by PayPal and we do not at any time see that information nor do we store it. All credit card refunds are made through PayPal.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. If you would like to see the personal information that we store about you we will provide it upon receipt of written request. |

Customer Support and Service:
If you require any assistance at all please do not hesitate to contact Crybabys Boutique customer service through email by using the 'Contact Us' link located in the footer section of our website. If you have an account with Crybabys Boutique our website is available 24 hours a day and provides order history and tracking information. It is our policy to provide you with uncompromising customer service.
Stock Availability:
We do our very best to maintain accurate inventory levels, but in the event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, you will be notified within two business days and a refund will be issued or an alternate item will be delivered if you opt for a substitution.
Shipping and Handling:
We ship most orders within 3 business days. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via email. All orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and include package tracking and delivery notification. We also offer international shipping to most worldwide destinations. Delivery methods and rates offered are based on origination and destination entered during the checkout process.
USPS Tracking Information:
USPS Priority and First Class services provides delivery confirmation for the date, ZIP Code and the time your package was delivered.
USPS Express service provides tracking for location scans in route as well as delivery confirmation for the date, ZIP Code, and the time your package was delivered.
USPS Global Express Guaranteed and Express Mail International services provide tracking and delivery confirmation for the time, date, and country location where your package was delivered.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovercard, or an Echeck through PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal and are 100% secure. An account is not required at PayPal to complete payment. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Crybabys Boutique within 14 days of original customer delivery date. Returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All items must be unused and unwashed. The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges cannot be refunded except if merchandise is deemed to be defective. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 5-10 working days.
